Using the leasing portal

This portal is operated by NBRS Developments Inc. on behalf of 16 Vanevery Nominee Inc. for Family 1. It helps you apply for a home and communicate with the leasing team. Updated September 10, 2026.

Provide accurate information and only upload documents you have the right to share. Keep your account secure. Do not attempt to access another person's application, misuse the service or upload harmful files.

An application, shortlist or displayed offer status is not an executed lease and does not guarantee a home. The owner makes the final selection. Rent, parking and other agreed terms must be confirmed in the signed lease. Displayed amounts are in Canadian dollars; optional parking is $150 per month for Family 1. This portal does not collect application fees or payments.

The building film and images are architectural renderings. Confirm the specific home's details with the leasing team before signing a lease. Availability may change as homes are leased.
